All our residences have a Fenced Back Yard for your security & privacy. Our Concierge Service is included at no cost to you. This includes lawn mowing, plant care, pest control, water service & chemicals, complimentary air filters, air conditioner chlorine tablets, and overall curb appeal. Each home includes a garage door opener, washer, dryer, and a security system. Is there anything else we can do? Just ask.
We have over 60 homes. If you need a home today or in a few months when your current lease is up, contact us about prequalifying and possibly reserving your rental home in advance. You can even lease one of our homes while we build you a new home for purchase without worrying about penalties normally associated with breaking a lease or timing your move.
