Maria Is the CFO, which includes all legal and administrative functions of ONNON Building. In this capacity, her responsibilities include financial planning, loan administration, and cash operations as well as record and bookkeeping. Maria joined ONNON Building in 2010. Additionally, Maria has been a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2005 and is presently the Owner and Broker of ONNON Property Group, LLC.
ZACHARY THOLKE
Operation Manager
Zack is a graduate of the Business School of Florida Gulf Coast University and a licensed real estate agent. Zack oversees all areas of ONNON Building leasing business and is acting Asset Manager. He oversees the curb appeal, maintenance, and repairs of all our homes. Zack is one of the leading experts in assessing lots and their suitability for construction.

As ONNON’s reputation grew over the past 16 years, we began to see a need for something innovative that would help people who wanted to move from leasing to home ownership. This concept worked and led to working with builders to allow our leasing residents to move into homeownership seamlessly without breaking a lease or the stress of trying to time a move. This naturally led to the development of Trade In - Trade Up for homeowners and custom building with many fine builders in the Lehigh Acres area. ONNON Building serves the Lehigh Acres and the surrounding communities.
ONNON Building has lived through the changes in Lehigh Acres and has proudly contributed to the growth and improvements in the living standards and perception of Lehigh Acres. We are local and want to operate a business that focuses on growing the community by making anything to do with living in the Lehigh Acres area a pleasant experience.
