MARIA HEISE

Chief Financial Officer

Maria is an Owner, Manager and the CFO of Mr. T’s , LLC. In this capacity, her responsibilities include financial planning, loan administration, and cash operations as well as record and bookkeeping. Maria joined Building in 2010. Additionally, Maria has been a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2005 and is presently the Owner and Broker of Property Group, LLC.

ZACHARY THOLKE

Field Operations

Zack is a licensed real estate agent and attended Florida Gulf Coast University and received his degree in Entrepreneurial Business. He currently is involved in sales and marketing of single family homes. He also works in the sourcing of lots for new home construction, as well as backing up Janet in the operations of our rental pool.
